Back-Office Administrator Russian/French/English

Job description:

  • Check daily cash balances
  • Input trades (we only subscribe to funds) based on our central asset allocation views
  • Follow-up on pending trades, executed transactions
  • Verify the execution terms for all our client’s portfolios
  • Update securities information in our central database
  • Producing daily portfolio valuations and follow-up with trading if necessary
  • Produce special client reports (performance attribution, market analysis)
  • Maintain Client Information and Investment databases
  • Support onboarding of new clients in terms of portfolio management

Required Profile :

  • 5 year experience in similar position and/or in a Financial / Banking Environment
  • Russian, English and French required
  • Enjoying to work in a small and demanding environment
  • Strong Organization skills, Multi-tasking capacity and ability to work under pressure
  • Highly reliable and accurate with an eye for detail
  • Dynamic and Flexible
  • Excellent presentation
  • Efficient and proactive communication skills
  • High Level of Confidentiality
  • Good Command of usual MS Office applications
  • Available on short-notice
